1. 30-Day Peace of Mind Policy
We offer a 30-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery. If you feel the gemstone you received does not resonate with you, you may return or exchange it for a full refund (excluding original shipping fees). Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/Consecrated Items: Products that have been ritualistically blessed or customized under your specific name/birth date. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, items purchased during special promotions or "Final Sale" events cannot be refunded. Gift cards, used candles, or opened sage bundles.
2. Defective or Wrong ItemsIf we made a mistake (sent the wrong item or the product arrived damaged), Zenith GemStones will cover all return shipping costs.
1-Year Quality Support: For any manufacturing defects discovered within one year of purchase (with proof of purchase), we offer a special 50% discount code for you to replace that specific item.
3. Return Shipping
Standard Returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of heart, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs and service fees (e.g., gift wrapping) are non-refundable. Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for packages lost during return transit without a tracking number.
4. Refunds (If applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [ZenithGemStones@gmail.com]. Please note: Once an exchange is processed, the new item is no longer eligible for a refund.
6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a Gift Credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, we will send the refund to the original gift-giver.
